Treasury management

Bring corporate treasury services to market faster

Offer corporate clients a treasury service that concentrates surplus tokenized cash and replenishes balances in operating wallets under agreed rules. Start with Prividium’s treasury application and institutional controls, then connect the service to your bank’s systems and client channels.

Give corporate clients a better way to use their cash

Corporate clients hold cash across legal entities, accounts and wallets. Surplus can sit in one location while another needs funding. Treasury teams redistribute balances, maintain local buffers and reconcile movements against separate records.

A concentration and replenishment service gives your bank a concrete response to that need. Clients set the balances they want to retain and the accounts they want to fund. The service moves eligible cash within those rules, with records that support treasury oversight.

Banking windows and external payment conditions still matter. The first implementation establishes which movements run within the tokenized cash environment and which depend on external services.

Put more of your implementation effort into the client offering

Start with the cash-movement application and Prividium’s controls and operating tools. Your team can focus its development effort on the client experience, product terms and system connections that make the service part of your bank.

The bank retains its product, clients and service responsibilities. The implementation defines how the application fits existing operations, including signing, monitoring and handling unsuccessful movements.

Follow the cash from surplus to operating need

Consider a corporate client with a central treasury and subsidiary wallets. The bank and client agree which wallets participate, how much each should retain and which movements are permitted.

Surplus concentration and operating-wallet replenishment within a bank’s corporate treasury service.

1. A subsidiary receives funds

An incoming payment takes the subsidiary’s balance above its agreed target. The application identifies the amount eligible for concentration, retaining the balance set aside for local operations.

2. Surplus moves to central treasury

The application initiates a transfer to the permitted central treasury wallet under the configured rules. The movement follows the bank’s signing and execution arrangements.

3. An operating wallet needs funding

When an operating wallet falls below its target, the application initiates replenishment from available central treasury cash, within the agreed funding rules.

4. Operations can follow the result

The service records the source, destination and transaction status. Bank operations and connected client systems use those records to track movements and support reconciliation. An unsuccessful transfer remains an item to investigate.

What ships with the solution

Treasury application

The concentration and replenishment workflow applies the configured balance targets and permitted movements. It provides the starting application for the client service.

Prividium Commander

Access controls and operating tools support authorized use of the application. Staff can review governed activity and investigate transaction outcomes within the supported deployment.

Execution environment

Use Prividium Ledger for private execution, or a supported existing private chain with its own execution and privacy properties. The service design establishes the environment, participant separation and permitted access required for the bank’s clients.

Connect the service to bank and client operations

The bank defines the cash instrument, eligible clients and service terms. Implementation connects the application to the systems and providers that authorize movements and maintain the bank’s and client’s records.

Bank and client integration responsibilities
Connection What the implementation establishes
Bank systems and client channels How instructions, balances and service activity enter the bank’s existing product and operating processes.
Signing or custody provider How authorized movements are signed, submitted and tracked.
Client treasury and accounting systems How movement records are returned for reconciliation and reporting.
External payment and redemption services Which movements leave the tokenized environment and the operating conditions that apply.

Connections are configured for the selected systems and workflow. The implementation scope identifies existing integrations and any further development required.

Establish the first client service, then extend it

Begin with a defined group of client entities and a supported cash instrument. Agree the retained balances, funding rules and operating responsibilities, then test the concentration and replenishment paths alongside exception handling.

Use that service foundation as the starting point for additional corporate clients. Each client’s entity structure, funding rules and system connections are configured for its requirements.

Questions banks ask

Can this use our bank’s tokenized deposits?

Tokenized deposits can be the cash instrument when the bank’s offering supports the required holdings and movements. The bank defines the deposit terms, eligible clients and execution arrangements.

Explore tokenized deposits
Does this replace the client’s treasury management system?

The service connects cash movements with the client’s existing treasury processes. Treasury and accounting systems remain part of the operating model, with integration specifying which instructions and records they exchange.

Can the service operate outside banking hours?

Movements within the supported tokenized cash path can operate outside banking hours. Payments, custody actions and redemptions that use external services retain those services’ execution and settlement conditions.

Who can see a client’s balances and activity?

The bank defines authorized access and selects the execution environment. The implementation must establish visibility for bank staff, client users and authorized recipients, including the separation between corporate clients.
