Tokenized fund issuance

Bring your fund to investors onchain

Build a tokenized fund offering for eligible investors through your chosen distribution channels. Use Prividium to connect fund-token activity with the subscription, redemption and recordkeeping processes your team operates.

Connect distribution with fund operations

Give eligible investors a way to participate

Connect your direct investor portal or chosen distributors to the fund’s onchain workflow. Configure participant access and permitted token actions in Prividium. Your team and service providers determine investor eligibility and the channels through which the fund is offered.

Connect each order to its outcome

Link subscription and redemption instructions to the corresponding token activity and fund records. Design the connections so operations teams can match the investor’s order, cash movement and unit balance, and investigate exceptions.

From subscription to redemption

Illustrative workflow. Dealing times, pricing, transfer restrictions and redemption conditions follow the fund’s terms.

  1. Subscribe

An eligible investor submits an order through the selected channel. The fund’s operator accepts it under the fund’s terms and confirms the required payment. An authorized operator issues the corresponding tokenized units to the investor’s designated wallet and updates the fund records.

  2. Hold or transfer

The investor holds the tokenized units. Where the fund permits transfers, the recipient and transaction must meet the applicable eligibility and transfer conditions.

  3. Redeem

The investor submits a redemption request. The fund’s operator processes it at the applicable valuation, arranges cancellation of the units and pays the proceeds through the agreed payment route. Cancelling tokens alone does not complete the cash payout.

What Prividium provides

Tokenization in Commander

Use token issuance, transfer and burn operations as components of the fund workflow. Map the supported token representation to the fund’s units or share class.

Participant permissions

Control access and permitted contract actions for investors, distributors and operators within Prividium. [1]

Prividium Ledger

Execute onchain transactions in a private environment, keeping transaction data off the public chain. [1]

What your team implements

Connect investor or distributor interfaces, order processing, custody and payment systems to the token workflow. Establish which register is authoritative and how token activity is reconciled with it.

The fund manager and appointed providers retain their responsibilities for investor checks, valuation, fund accounting and cash payouts. Define how rejected orders, failed transactions and delayed payments are handled.

Start with one fund or share class

Bring your intended investors, distribution channels and current subscription/redemption process. We will map the Prividium components and connections needed for the first offering, including who approves orders, controls the units and pays investors.
