Tokenized securities issuance

Build a tokenized securities offering for your issuer clients

Help issuers distribute bonds or other securities to eligible investors through a controlled onchain workflow. Use Prividium components to connect token issuance and delivery with the allocations, payments and securities records your bank manages.

Connect the offering to its investors and records

Distribute to approved participants

Connect your selected distribution channels to the token workflow. Configure who can access Prividium and perform permitted token actions. Your bank and appointed providers determine investor eligibility, approve allocations and apply the offering’s distribution restrictions.

Carry approved allocations through issuance

Connect each investor’s allocation to payment confirmation, securities delivery and the corresponding holdings record. Give operations teams a defined process for matching those events and handling exceptions.

An issuer raises capital through your bank

Payment and delivery sequencing, legal issuance and ownership follow the selected instrument’s documentation and operating model.

  1. Prepare the offering

The issuer and bank agree the instrument’s terms and distribution arrangements. The responsible institutions approve investors and allocations, and establish custody, payment and recordkeeping responsibilities.

  2. Issue and deliver the securities

The investor pays through the agreed payment route. Once the issuance conditions are met, the designated signing party authorizes token issuance and delivery to the investor’s or custodian’s wallet. Proceeds reach the issuer through the agreed receiving arrangement.

  3. Record the holdings

The registrar or appointed recordkeeper records the investor’s holding. Reconcile the token activity with the authoritative securities register and investigate any discrepancy.

What Prividium provides

Tokenization in Commander

Use supported token issuance and transfer operations as components of the securities offering. Configure the token representation for the selected instrument.

Participant permissions

Manage access and permitted contract actions for the institutions and investors participating in the Prividium environment. [1]

Prividium Ledger

Execute onchain transactions privately, keeping transaction data off the public chain. [1]

What your bank and providers implement

Connect allocation and order systems, investor checks, custody, cash payments and securities records to the token workflow. Identify who authorizes issuance, controls the signing keys and resolves failed instructions.

Assign responsibility for the payments, investor rights and corporate actions applicable to the selected instrument. Those processes must be supported by the operating model and its integrations; creating a token does not establish them.
