Prividium Ledger

Private finance
at full speed

Put the frontier of blockchain technology to work for your institution.

A private blockchain with publicly verifiable execution

Keep financial records private. ZK proofs enforce execution rules and make correctness publicly verifiable without exposing your data.

Private transactions run inside Prividium Ledger. Zero-knowledge proofs let anyone verify correct execution without seeing the private records.

Security

Rethink blockchain security for the AI era

AI is accelerating the discovery and exploitation of software weaknesses. Prividium adds an independent cryptographic safeguard: updates that violate execution rules cannot pass proof verification, even if an execution server is compromised.

Performance

Scale ahead of demand

Market activity can surge faster than infrastructure plans can change. Prividium Ledger absorbs those spikes without slowing transactions or the data your applications need.

Open standards

Bring open innovation to your institution

Prividium is built on open standards, giving your institution access to the tools, expertise and innovation of a global engineering ecosystem. Its key components are open source: the Prividium Core permissioning engine, the ZKsync OS execution engine and the Airbender proof system, each under its own license. Enterprise tooling, integrations and managed services are commercial.

EVM

Reuse your engineering expertise

Build with Solidity contracts and familiar Ethereum tools, drawing on an established developer ecosystem.

RISC-V

Build on an open instruction set

Airbender proves execution against RISC-V, connecting Ledger to a wider ecosystem of tools and implementations.

Frequently asked questions

How does Ledger integrate with existing applications and systems?

Ledger supports Ethereum-compatible smart contracts and familiar development tools. Applications connect through authenticated interfaces, with permissions configured for their users and operations. Your team connects the financial service to custody, identity and internal systems, adapting any assumptions about public data or unrestricted access.

How are data access and administrative permissions managed?

Your institution sets who can use applications, which actions they may take and what information they may see. Chain operators have broader technical access to the infrastructure and private state, so operator access and upgrade authority belong in your institution’s governance model.

What deployment options are available?

Run Ledger in your institution’s infrastructure or cloud environment, with private state held within that deployment. Hosting and day-to-day operation are separate decisions: choose who operates the infrastructure, manages upgrades and handles recovery as part of your deployment plan.

How does Ledger handle service interruptions and recovery?

If the execution service stops, new transactions cannot run. If proving or verification stops, updates that require a valid proof cannot be finalized. Recovery depends on restoring the affected services and retaining access to private state through backups and recovery procedures. ZK proofs verify the ledger’s changes. They do not replace the private data needed to operate it.

What does our team need to build and maintain?

Your team builds and maintains the financial application, business rules and system integrations. You also assign responsibility for keys, application support and infrastructure operations. Ledger supplies execution, proving and indexing. Our engineers support architecture, integration and deployment planning.

What determines the cost of running Ledger?

The main infrastructure costs are compute, storage, proving and Ethereum settlement. Transaction demand, application complexity and the capacity you reserve for growth affect those costs. Hosting, support and the responsibilities retained by your team determine the wider operating budget.

What does Ledger’s open-source license allow us to do?

Prividium’s key components are open source: the Prividium Core permissioning engine, the ZKsync OS execution engine and the Airbender proof system, each under its own license. Enterprise tooling, integrations and managed services are commercial. Your team can inspect the open-source code, adapt it and run its own deployment under the applicable component licenses. Your institution chooses the infrastructure and expertise needed to operate its deployment.
