Stablecoin issuance

Issue your stablecoin with control over token operations

Build a fiat-backed stablecoin offering for your intended participants. Use Prividium to govern token actions and connect issuance and redemption to the funding, payout and records your institution manages.

Control participation and connect the cash workflow

Define how participants use the token

Set participant access and permissions for the token operations available in your Prividium environment. Connect your chosen distribution channels while retaining responsibility for eligibility and the offering’s terms.

Connect issuance and redemption to their cash movements

Link confirmed funding to authorized issuance, and redemption requests to token cancellation and cash payout. Reconcile token activity with cash movements and issuer records through the integrations your team implements.

Make token controls explicit

Separate issuance from participant transfers

Configure roles and contract/function permissions so that designated operators can issue tokens while participants can invoke permitted transfer actions. Assign supported burn operations to the appropriate authorized role. [1]

Connect authorized systems

Use APIs to invoke token operations from your own workflows. Your systems supply the required business checks and signing arrangements; Prividium applies the configured authorization controls.

Define where each rule is enforced

Commander governs authorized actions within its permission boundary. Token-contract rules and checks performed by your institution are separate parts of the implementation. Controls do not automatically follow tokens outside that boundary.

From funding to redemption

Illustrative workflow. Funding confirmation, cancellation and payout sequencing depend on the issuer’s operating model.

  1. Issue

An eligible participant sends funds through the agreed banking route. After funding confirmation and the issuer’s required checks, an authorized operator issues tokens to the designated wallet.

  2. Transfer

The participant submits a transfer to a permitted recipient. The request must satisfy the configured authorization and token rules before execution.

  3. Redeem

A holder requests redemption under the issuer’s terms. The issuer arranges token cancellation and payment through its banking or payment provider. Burning tokens does not itself pay cash to the holder.

What Prividium provides

Tokenization in Commander

Supported issuance, transfer and burn operations, with participant and operator permissions configured for the selected token.

Prividium Ledger

Private onchain execution, with transaction data kept off the public chain. [1]

What your institution and providers operate

Establish the reserve-holding and banking arrangements, eligibility checks and redemption obligations. Connect cash confirmations, custody/signing, payout and issuer records to the token workflow.

Define how pending payments, rejected requests and failed transactions are resolved. Token controls govern the configured onchain actions; they do not establish reserve backing or fulfil the issuer’s cash obligations.
